Hello !
It has taken me some time to get myself back into the groove
of things. However I am thankful I am still able to connect and share my gifts. Those of you who know me, I want to say thank
you for your love and support. (This angel may never have found his wings had not been for all of YOU).
I work mostly in pen and ink because I have complete control
when the idea has to come out. Any delay can stifle a moment, (making or breaking an important transmission). I do enjoy painting
with oils. There's nothing like a little thinner on your tongue , (joking kids).
Just a little biography, I was born and grew up in the west
side of Chicago Il. Hmm, I would have graduated from John Marshall had I not got kicked out for doing graffiti, (I swear I
stopped when the principal told me to). Anyway, lived the hard knock life for awhile and got back in school. College that
is. Might have stayed to get degree in the arts but finances and relationships got in the way. Now, I'm just too cocky for
school. Don't get me wrong, if I were handed grants and scholarships I might actually go back.
***note to kids**If life don't take you out that school,
you better stay there**
Yet there's something to be said about the self-taught artist,
that I may never have gotten the experience in school to shape and mold me. Life's trials and tribulations were my keepers,
knowing this. If I were to never draw or paint again, I know I am now and forever shall be one of the Masters.
I thank God for my time in life and reminding me that I was
never that far from home.
Who knows, I may write a (picture) book some day.
Dear children of mine, Mia / Carter-Michael / Ruby, I LOVE YOU ALL,
no matter what and no matter where we are LOVE will find a way home.
Dear Father in Heaven, I hear you. Mom I understand now and forgive you.
Mothers of my children, Jennifer Eaves/Shelly Oconner, Chanda Prigmore and
you too who may take upon thyself the maddness within I. Im older now. Thankyou for easeing my pains, comforting my soul
when I need it most, protecting me from myself. I give you the greatest of my creations; the child blessed by the grace the
almighty. That ye may become the Goddesses you are and I may live in the mind of the Most High.
A few influences
Ancient Languages - I enjoy different languages, Egyptian and Latin
are my favorites so far. (Is there really a such thing as multi-dimensional language. I have odd communication with the voices
in my head. Oh well another d-illusion for me to be in denial about).
Metaphysics, Art, Sociology, Psychology Religion - The study of all things really, that relates to the mind, realities and personalities.
Computers, Biotechnology, Artificial Intelligence - Strange thoughts I have, and ooooh how true some of those visions are reality. Are you a cyborg, or could
you be just a figment of my imagination.
Dance, Movies, and Musicals - Flatline,The Tango Lesson,
The 6th Sense, What Dreams May Come, Videodrome, Cat People, The Ninth Gate, Karma Sutra, The Red Violin, The Pillow book,
Jumaji (Robin Williams), A. I.. Dammit Alice dont just fall into the Blackhole of Wonderland become the whole and identify
